Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 23 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you order lamb or beef packs from Scott & Sons Meats, a trading name used under licence by Scott & Sons Group Pty Ltd, ABN 66 700 696 680 (“we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
2. How ordering works
Filling in our order form tells us what you'd like. It isn't a binding order yet.
At the end of each month we contact you to confirm your packs, the total price and delivery to your suburb.
We order only what our customers need each month, so we can't always guarantee availability. If we can't fill your order, we'll let you know when we contact you.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars. Lamb packs are a set price per pack, shown on our Products page. Beef prices will be confirmed with you before you pay.
Payment is by bank transfer. When we confirm your order, we'll send you an invoice with our bank details. Please use your invoice number as the payment reference.
Payment is due before delivery. Your order is confirmed once your payment has been received.
4. What's in your pack
Our packs list the cuts we aim to include. Because every animal is different, the exact weight and number of pieces will vary a little from pack to pack.
If you'd like particular cuts, let us know in the notes box on the order form and we'll do our best to help.
5. Delivery
We deliver within the Perth metropolitan area. We'll confirm that we can deliver to your suburb before you pay.
We organise delivery for the second week of the month after your order is confirmed, and we'll let you know your delivery day.
Please make sure someone is available to receive your order, or let us know a safe, shaded place to leave it.
6. Storing and handling your meat
Put your meat in the fridge or freezer as soon as it arrives. Check the use-by or packed-on date on each label, keep raw meat separate from cooked and ready-to-eat food, and cook it thoroughly.
Once your order has been delivered, we can't be responsible for how it's stored.
7. If something isn't right
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If anything in your order isn't right, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and keep the product, so we can look into it and make it right.
8. Changing or cancelling an order
You can change or cancel your order at no cost any time before you've paid.
After payment, your meat is ordered and cut for you, so please contact us as soon as possible and we'll see what we can do. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses arising from your order, and our responsibility for any order is limited to replacing the products or refunding what you paid for them.
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. We may update them from time to time, and the version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies.
